New Bread Book
Martin Philip, the extremely talented head bread baker at King Arthur Flour, has written a new book to be published by Harper Wave (an imprint of HarperCollins) entitled, "Breaking Bread: A Baker's Journey Home in 75 Recipes". The book is now available for pre-order from Amazon and will ship this October:

Philip is featured in several of the King Arthur videos and I think he trained under Hamelman at the bakery there. I found it interesting that his college degree is in music (voice) and he was an opera singer in the early days.
