Hello to all.

Hi, I am a beginner bread maker and trying to bake a tasty 100% Rye. I am interested in some recipes on the site but need input on omitting some ingredients in a recipe. I have read many off the posts, my head is spinning. I believe this is a friendly place to be and welcome any advice given. See you in the forum.:)
