Bread, Stone ovens and a website

I've been reading a lot of the postings on this site and I'm just astounded at what people are doing. I'm an amateur just starting out, so a lot of the information is WAY beyond me.  But my bread is turning out pretty good.  I want to pass on a website that some of you or all may really enjoy.  I met Chris at a reading and slideshow of what she has accomplished in the Chilcotin area of British Columbia.  If interested, take a look at the Bread making and learning how to make a stone oven experience.  WOW!
