Supersoft Sourdough

Although I usually prefer bread with lots of texture, I decided to do something a little different. This soft, moist and tasty white sourdough developed over three days. It almost did not last long enough for a photo.

I had to improvise as the original recipe was in Spanish and the translation was not that clear.

A soft bread is still necessary for classic sandwiches and very few are sourdough! This one looks perfect for the job.

You've found codruta's blog!  She's a TFL member, too, located in Romania.  Which also explains why the "Spanish" didn't translate cleanly; it's actually Romanian.  Luckily, she's included a Translate button on the right-hand side of the page, below her picture.

Thanks for the bread, which looks delicious, and the link.

I think my improvised translation predated the translation button. It would now be interesting to read the original compared to my notes. Cheers, Anne-Marie
