See-through containers UK

I've made about 6 sourdough loaves so far and just bought the Tartine book.

After seeing the see-through plastic container used to store the dough whilst in the bulk fermentation, I want to buy one.

This is proving harder than I thought...

I found a load of polycarbonate containers, but I want something BPA-free so ideally looking for polypropylene or something similar.

https://www.amazon.com/Cambro-RFS6PP190-Polypropylene-Storage-Container/dp/B005INDQSC/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&keywords=cambro%20six%20quart%20polyprop...

I found this linked from another thread on the forum, however UK buy is outrageous price and you can't choose the size either.

Can anyone help point me in the right direction?

Whereabouts in the UK? Do a search on restaurant supply shops, especially ones that carry used equipment. Lots of restaurants (and bakeries) close all the time, and these companies buy all their stuff (including small stuff) and resell it. I've gotten a couple of my polycarbonate containers at my local restaurant supply (here in Canada).

I bought mine from http://www.nextdaycatering.co.uk/p-38375-polycarbonate-round-storage-container-6ltr.aspx  I've bought both the 6L and the 4L from them.  If you want lids (which I did) they have to be additionally ordered.  Delivery was sluggish but the product and the price were good - worth the wait.

Hope this helps you find what you're after.

Thanks guys. Although I'm really after a BPA-free container.

I'm still scanning around but it's quite hard to find!

There's the above 2 the top is too small (I need about 4L) and the bottom is from the US.

I did just have a 7L container arrive today but it's far too large - there's simply nowhere for it to go, so I'm guessing that 4L is my safe ground.

I use these - is there nothing suitable in this range? Most are made of polypropylene so are BPA free, and they are widely available in a range of sizes - maybe they don't go big enough?
