Hello from a new and renewed baker in British Columbia
I'm new at Artisan bread baking and new at using a computer .....so I meant to put my first note here, but I put it in replies. Anyway, I've baked bread in the past but just loaf pan white and whole wheat. This site is amazing and I am learning so much. Floydm I love the lessons - so helpful. I'm trying a baking stone - 2 slate tiles from a flooring store. Do I cut down on the baking time when using the stone?
