Ever wonder what is on the inside of a KitchenAid stand mixer? I have. There are plenty of posts about plastic parts and other junk components so before I took apart my own KitchenAid stand mixer, I thought it to be wiser to check out this highly qualified engineer taking apart his and point out the quality level of the various components.
