Seven year old levain, sea salt, spring water, all purpose flour, rye flour, whole wheat flour.
Looks so yummy. Butter, jam, cheese, anything. Wow. Nice bake
inside and out.
Now that is what I call good, everyday bread. The kind you eat in a day because it goes with everything and it tastes so good! Love it...
