Salt Lake City - any recommendations?

I am on a business trip to the Salt Lake City area and was wondering if anybody could point me to a good bakery to try?  I am actually staying in Tooelle and traveling to Dugway daily, but will have the majority of Thursday to explore the area in more detail.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

bakery in utah

there is a bakery about 90 miles north of salt lake called Crumb brothers bakery. Thier bread is amazing.  They provide a few shops and restaurants in SLC as well, so if you have a chance you should check them out. They are in Logan, Ut.  BTW the bakery is completely green, recycled water, solar panels, the whole nine, very cool.
