Sprouted rye bread

Hello, I am interested in trying some sprouted flour bread.I just started sprouting some rye berries with help from Dabrownmans sprouting primer.I was wondering if anybody had any recipes that use sprouted rye flour.I do not have any wheat berries so I cant use that and I do not have a sourdough starter... Yet.So I would greatly appreciate it if you pointed my way to some recipes. thank you so much!

then you ca use the sprouted rye flour in any JDR recipe found on this site.  Most will have SD in them but you can just omit it and compensate with  a like amount of flour and water and make a poolish with a pinch of yeast instead.  You won't get the taste or the crumb right since rye needs an acid to make those things happen but, at 30% rye, you can just treat it like any other bread method wise depending on your favorite way to make bread.  Just type Deli Rye in the search box and pick the recipe you like the best.
