Bread baking workshop/course in Germany
Hi,
does anybody know about any such courses/workshop in Germany for foreigners? Me and my husband just really want to travel to Germany and spend a few days learning how to bake bread.
any ideas?

Yes. Do you speak German? This example starts next week, and is a 3 day course. Near Heidelberg, south of Frankfurt. Cost is EUR 1970 per person, plus EUR 165 per night for lodging, breakfast and evening appetizer and cocktail.

There are many others that can be found on the internet, the vast majority will be in German.
Seems like the Akademie Deutsches Bäckerhandwerk Weinheim is one of the main places that offers such training/courses/seminars.
