[wanted] small bowl for the Hobart C100 mixer
Hello,
I'm looking for a reduction bowl suitable for the 10Qt hobart mixer, made of stainless steel.
This bowl is very small (3qt), about 7" in diameter and depth. Feel free to contact me if you have this stuff alone and available for selling.

Hello and thanks for your advice ; but I've already asked to this store and they were unable to help me because the accessory I'm looking for is no more manufactured.
(the only thing they have done is to email me the Hobart catalogue of C100 replacement parts, which is downloadable for free on the hobart website !)
I'm looking for the same. The original part number is D-291250-2.
Let's keep each other updated if we manage to track some down.
I have the steel bowl, but don't feel safe having tin in my food prep equipment.

My kit doesn't have the dough hook. It includes the bowl, bowl ring reducer, flat beater and wire whip.
