QUESTION ABOUT CRANBERRY NUT ROLLS

For that recipe, is it possible to change the fermenting time? I wanted to make it for Thanksgiving Dinner, but i only have 8 hours left and can't refrigerate the dough overnight! O-O! What do I do?
