Hello from Montreal!

My name's Elaine, I'm fairly new to bread making (about 6 months) and im really enjoying playing around with all kinds of dough. Staples at our house are now sourdough country bread, naan bread and bagels (Montreal style, of course!). 

Im looking forward to meeting you guys and being inspired by your recipes! Ive been lurking for a while but finally decided to join tonight :)

I'm from Montreal, too, and I just registered for this forum.  My name is Andy and  I'm just a regular joe trying this out as a hobby.  I enjoy the kneading part, which I find relaxing. 

I'm looking to try a few classics (baguette and sourdough) but also to try some heavier grainier artisanal loafs.
