Hi I am new to the forum this is new to me I have baked one loaf of bread and am kooling to bake a lot more thanks for all the help on this site.

Welcome RobR. Its good to know that there are other people in Florida that will not accept what Publix and Meritta sell as bread. This is an excellent site and you should find it helpful as you learn.
Docpat is right. Publix is not bread, only shaped like bread. I have not eaten a store bread in almost 10 years...prefer my own. Have to watch the mold in the humid climate in Florida so I have to freeze bread often. It thaws easily and holds up real well.
