What is Balmoral Bread?
A fellow blogger asked for a "Balmoral Bread" recipe, which is baked in Chalmers Bakery, Aberdeen. For me it lookes like the Scottish Brown bread, but it should also contain oats. Does anyone have a recipe?

I looked up a couple of old (1920s-1930s) Scottish Cooking books I have, nothing.
I did an extensive search online and lots of references from eating establishments, but no recipe. The closest hint I could find was that it is made from "whole-grains and seeds". I have a couple of other avenues to try, I'll let you know the results.
