Anyone familiar with the wheat flatbread made by the Cosi chain?(Sort of a really thin (quarter-inch) ciabatta.)
A recipe would be most welcome.
Has anyone come across the recipe for Cosi's flatbread? Love to hear from you!
I came across something similar, though it came out crispier than cosi's. I started searching under "rustic flatbread" instead of just "flatbread". I'm sure that more experienced bread makers will be able to figure out how to make it softer (maybe I cooked it too long). This is only my third loaf.
