Turkey shaped bread

I am looking for a recipe for a Turkey Shaped Bread.  Can anyone help me out?   The frog shaped bread directions that I got from this site came out wonderful.

I am sorry this is a bit late, but I just posted a turkey shaped bread I designed this week. It was great fun and got lots of smiles.
