Sweet Apricot Buns (haha)

A few weeks ago Cuisine Fiend posted a lovely recipe on here so I thought I'd have a go!

Maybe I should stick to ordinary bread??  hehe ( they tasted good tho')

A little apricot is peeking. For me, I would spread a layer of pastry cream before throwing the apricots then brush them with apricot jam after coming out of the oven to really super charge me for the day.
