Hello from Newfoundland, Canada's eastern island province. I bought ingredients this week and hope to be self sufficient for bread furthermore. In the future I do hope to get into sourdoughs and a higher tier of baking. But for now, I must bake my first loaf this weekend.
Seeing so many young people shy away from the kitchen, I appreciate having such a resource at my fingertips, keep it up.

to live in one of the most beautiful places in Canada. We still often talk of our 20 days on the Rock in 2012. Everybody is friendly and the little restaurants in small towns actually cooked food compared to most places where cooking involves a microwave and deep fryer. Seafood Chowder was my favourite.
