Debag or Miwe deck oven

Hi, is there anybody with experience using deck oven from Miwe (Miwe Condo) or Debag (Debag Helios). I still can not find any users review.

I used a Miwe 3 deck oven for about 2 1/2 years at a bakery I worked at. i don't remember the model so I can't say how it would compare to the Miwe condo as it was  much larger with a loader. It would hold 20 2lb loaves in each deck. It was a good oven that was also the first time I used a deck oven but I loved it. We had two walk in rack ovens as well that seemed to need a little more upkeep then the deck oven did. Over all they were good ovens though.

Hello Tomas

Here in Switzerland & Germany and in much of Europe, the Miwe product is everywhere to be seen. I'm quite fond of the Condo models , here the 17cm deck height is the most common, there are also double units with 13cm H for pastry baking. They also make a 21cm deck height, which i believe is targeted for the american market where panned bread is more common.

With the miwes, up to 5 temperature phases can be programed into a single bake program, that's plenty killer. The product has a premimum price, also on the used market they hold their value, it's a fine product , highly recommended.

Here is a link to a used equip. portel out of Germany: Lebensmittelwelt

I hope you find the perfect oven to match your needs, happy baking .

cheers daniel

I own and have used the MIWE Condo.  What do you want to know about them?
