Hi from a newbie sourdough baker
Hi, I've just joined as I was looking for somewhere to get inspiration and advice.
I'm a home baker although a did a few artisan bread courses at the local college a few years ago.
I made my starter a few weeks ago and have been baking almost daily sourdough for the last two weeks - with varying results in size but all tasting great luckily!
I normally aim to bake by 7am during the week (later at the weekend) so it's ready to make mine, DH and our daughter's lunchbox!
