You will find this site is full of people who are happy to commiserate, advise, counsel and entertain you during your quest for great bread. No matter how many times I fall short of perfection, I am always encouraged by what I read here.
A tip: Be sure to read Floyd's lessons. Even if you are aiming for a different kind of bread, his guidance is very helpful when you are trying to reach that next level.
