Baking classes?

I have just gotten into baking and I would like to know  if anyone can recommend a good baking class in the Chicago area?  I have gotten fairly good at the no-knead  recipes and have grown my own sourdough starter.  I am fairly serious about this and would appreciate your guidance. Thank you.

As an alum (graduated Dec '05), I'm biased, but my top recommendation would be The French Pastry school. The classes are usually two-three days and are pricey ($300-$500, last I checked) but you won't be disappointed. http://www.frenchpastryschool.com/classes/enthusiast And I see they are offering a "Bread Camp" in June for $1000.

If you're not ready to shell out the big bucks, The Wooden Spoon does basic classes, as does The Chopping Block. Also check Sur la Table. I'm not sure if any of them offer a baking class, though.

If you're ever in Vermont, classes at King Arthur Flour are fantastic!
