they come in all kinds of sizes, ours fits 15 medium loaves per deck at once comfortably. but I have seen them meters long and wide and also smaller ones
Ours is a John Willet oven made in Brisbane, and they ship :) Im sure if you do some research you can find what youre after. I think a lot of brands make different sizes. Ours has 2 decks so we can do 30 loaves at a time, ideally wed have a couple of loaders too
