I've been browsing these boards for a couple of years, never managed to get them working properly with tapatalk, so not posted til now, but thought it was about time I said hello  :)

 

- I used to be a chef, but only bake for family bread supply now, which is pretty much exclusively a wholegrain sourdough of one type or another
