A video about cooking pizza in a brick oven

Hi! I've just posted a new video about cooking pizzas in a brick oven wood. I've called it : Pizza catastrophe. Hope you'll enjoy it and smile enough to have a nice day: http://www.dominiquerenauld.net/journal/11/3/2016/e92mr3colnlss49mv05bjrrdn1vgc2

Your video indeed made me smile.  Your pizza looked very nice so not a complete catastrophe at all.   Here the snow is melting quickly and in a few days I will be able to fire up my brick oven for bread and pizza.  I must admit that I am not quite as generous with the firewood when I am loading the pizzas.  Just a small fire, off to one side, will maintain the heat in a hot oven quite nicely.  The flames rolling out near the oven door were a little alarming.   The goal is to cook the pizza not the baker!   Thank you for the video….and Happy Spring.    Embth

Thanks for your kind words. The two pizzas were very fine to taste, but I keep on thinking that The Neapolitan is my favourite one. Thanks too for your advice: one is never too much careful when it's about to not being roasted by the flames! But I never had to regret any kind of danger of that kind. This french oven is very well designed. Happy spring too.
