Education - the Art & Science of Bread

But I would like to know how much of an actual science that I don't know is in here. Is it really advanced or just basics? Does anybody enrolled to this course? :)

I will probably take this just to see what is in it. I took his other course on craftsy and honestly was not impressed. I wrote a review and asked for a refund.  I don't have a lot of confidence in this but it isn't that expensive either.
