NY Style pizza on the Uuni2
Hey everyone,
I recently got a Uuni2 and am really pleased with it.
It was pretty easy to set up, really fun to use, and I think it made a pretty great pizza for a small pizza oven.

Wow that's pretty cool. I checked out some other videos on youtube. Pretty snazzy.
I've never had great success baking pizza at home and honestly, I'm usually intimidated since it makes such a mess and people are usually counting on you for a good dinner.
So...I girded my loins and went for it. This turned out to be a pleasant experience! I hope you head on over to the blog to see the full writeup but this is a cool little machine if you can't have a WFO!
