It's beautiful! I am working on my decorative slashing and getting somewhat better. But I have a long way to go before I can turn out consistently beautiful loaves like those in the photo.
To aspire to greatness is admirable. You will be good, but, probably not that good. I hope you took that photo at the bakery. I was there and it was like going to the holly site for bread bakeries. I bought a bread knife and brotform and I know I overpaid but I have the memories.
