Description

We use our very old sour dough starter in this recipe.

Ingredients

2 c
milk
2 c
flour
2
Large Eggs Beaten
3 T
Sugar
3 T
Canola Oil (any flavorless cooking oil)
1 t
salt
1 t
baking soda (Dissolved in 2 Tblsp water)

Instructions

The night before: mix flour and starter in a large bowl. Cover and keep in a warm place until morning.  

Morning:  Remove 1 cup of this mixture to replenish your starter. To the bowl of flour and starter add and mix together eggs, sugar, oil and salt.  Just before baking stir in the soda and water mixture.

Makes about 6 dinner plate size pancakes.
