Hello from NYS

Hi everyone!  I've been really enjoying poking around this site for the last few days.  Thanks to everyone for sharing their experience and knowledge.I've been baking our family's bread (sourdough no-knead, nothing fancy) for the last few years but keep wanting to try something more interesting.  Now that my kids are a little older and I have a bit more time, I think I may finally give it a go.  Looking forward to sharing my successes (and failures) with you all!
