brewer’s yeast?

Would deactivated brewer’s yeast to my dough to help and control blood sugar level as it contains chromium, also add kidney beans extract for the same reason? and add hi maize resistant starch for fiber?

the 3 ingredients above can be added to my dough together or would they react with another?

Thanks

I don't see why you couldn't add brewer's yeast to your dough. Also, hi maize resistant starch can be used in your dough. However, I wouldn't use the kidney bean extract. That is a supplement and probably best taken as directed and not baked in your bread.

Would that mean the brewer yeast would be replaced for yeast?

Well, you said deactivated brewer's yeast, so no, it would not replace yeast.
