C M Laplex spiral mixer

Can anyone advise please? I have a dead 50 ltr C M Laplex spiral that I urgently need to get a electrical schematic for. Is this brand of mixer a clone or made by Sottoriva or does anybody know anything about the firm?. Cant find anything on the web after a good search except a reasonable number of used machines, here in Australia and often they are captioned C.M. Laplex/Sottoriva. I asked the Australian agents for Sottoriva, but the guy I spoke to had not heard of them. Without a schematic my Electrician is  finding it very hard to fault find and I can't bake  (is there a worse fate than this) :(  It is a quality Italian machine so I would like to save it if I can, beside not having the cash to buy a new machine.

Thanks

Ian

You could mail, or phone the office of the manufacturer in Italy. Include the model and info off the machines tag, that should be your best bet.

good luck

p.s. hand mixing also works with large batches

cheers

Thanks,

If C M Laplex is still a going concern I can't find anything about them on the internet, as for hand mixing I really don't want to hand mix for 20 + loaves
