Sourdough "noir"

Did my standard Tartine loaf but added 100grams cocoa powder, chocolate chips, raisins and walnuts, a little sugar and a little vanilla:

Uhh, that looks beautiful. Being a fan of all the additives, I'm sure I would love it.

Having never attempted such a loaf, let me ask, how (when) do you serve it within a meal?

Beautiful and thank you.

Great question. I served it to my co-workers in the morning....it would make good breakfast food or dessert. I ate two slices with nutella yesterday...amazing combo.

Thanks HappyHighwayman

Mmmmm, nutella with breakfast.

Dessert, you got me thinking it might be interesting with the 'cheese' course (stilton with apples and port, etc).

It's on my list for the upcoming holidays. Thanks again.
