Last night I made the Cranberry-Walnut Celebration Bread from the Bread Baker's Apprentice.
I substituted dried cherries for the dried cranberries and it came out quite nicely. I used my Electrolux DLX for kneading and it incorporated the fruit and nuts nicely.
