Hemp seed rye

Hi there,

I baked a hemp seed rye bread. The seeds give an interesting and nutty crunch to the bread.

looks great!

I've been using hemp seed, either whole or ground, in breads for several years now--adds good crunch and flavor.  Haven't soaked them before, however, and so will try that on the next batch of rye that I make--

Baking with hemp seed

Your loaf looks great!  I have one question.  Do you get high off your seeds in the bread?

Why shoud I?

From this special seed -which is legal to buy in every organic store - , you need to consume 30 kg to get intoxicated.

Well rounded grain

I was reading about it. Amazing well rounded and healthy grain. You've put it through a mill, what's it like to use?  How much would you combine with AP wheat in making a loaf?

There is a
