i AM PLANNING TO BUY AN OVEN FOR BAKING SOFT BREAD. COULD ANY ONE ADVISE ME ON WHICH OF THESE OVEN IS BETTER? I WILL APPRECIATE A QUICK RESPONSE.
I have used both with excellent results. The advantage of convection is that you get more even heating and it has excelent results in cooking food in general. Personally I love a good convection for that reason. If all you are going to be doing is bread, however, a deck oven is usually pretty roomy and of course you bake directly on the bottom of the oven. I guess I would base my decision on what I am going to use it for. Hope this helps.
