Graham Bacon Epi

Rolled up the bacon in each fold. I will try thinner dough next.

Baguette recipe, add 15-20 graham flour. In each fold, I used simple thin(less fat/cooks better) bacon, a whole slice in it. Then, kitchen scissors to cut from each side to make a shape of epi.
