Dough rolling aid

I LOVE DoStix.  A set of 14" long plastic rectagles in 4 sizes, place dough in between.  Two each 1/8", 1/4", and 1/2" (when turned on sides becomes 1").  Just used them to get my multi-grain pita dough 1/4".

Accidentally found them on Amazon  while looking for something else, but ordered from manufacturer, about $18.  Go to dostixonline.com.  Also usable for pottery & crafts.  Happy baking!

I was originally on Amazon searching for the rings you slip on rolling pins to achieve different heights.  But read so many negative comments about inconsistencies in thickness, products not fitting the sizes of pins advertised, (and would have needed another rolling pin I have no space for.  Found DoStix instead.  In the past I'd used chopsticks or thin strips of wood covered with plastic wrap.  These are worth every penny and fit compactly in a drawer.
