Bonjour.  this is my first post! I'm a novice baker and I currently work at a bakery right across the street from my house and I'm quite fortunate to be working there. I plan on attending school this fall at Los Angeles Trade-Technical College and obtaining my pastry certificate.  After this my dream goal for the past 4 years is to work in France as a Baker. I was wondering if anyone could share information about the ways I could go about doing this. I'm 22 and want to be in France before I'm 26. I bake almost every day at home and am working on mastering MY french bread and plan on moving to making my own sour dough starter next. I also understand learning the language and culture is a must. Please any information would help. Merci!
