I sure hope everyone had a great Easter Dinner.  My Easter Baguette--multi-grain with whole wheat flour, ground bulgar, wheat germ, ground flax, and nicely rolled in whole black flax seeds for a nice finish.   Notice the wine in the photograph.  Bread isn't the only thing for which we can thank the wonderful yeast.
