Cadco or Vollrath?

Hello everyone. Can anyone help me decide between a Cadco ov-013, and a Vollrath 40703? Both are 120v half size, 3 rack units. I will be baking strictly crackers in this oven. It seems that the Cadco might have a little more fan velocity, and that would be good for me because I would always have three sheets in at a time. I have read on here that someone had a problem with not being able to slide half size sheet pans into some of the rack placements on the Vollrath, and I was like, what...!? Could an oven manufacturer really not notice such a blunder? If they could miss something like that, it makes me uncomfortable thinking about what other things they might have "missed" in the manufacturing process. I have heard nothing but good things about the Cadco's, but then again everyone on here seems to be buying the larger units. The Cadco is $250 more. Customer service?

Any advice would be appreciated.

I have the quarter sized Cadco,  and love it.  Have never used a Vollrath.

I just tried to make crackers, but they were tough. Do you have a recipe for something resembling Carr's Water Crackers?

I have the Cadco, 1/2 size and love it.  I never had any problems with the oven yet, so haven't used customer service for the product.
