how to unscribe from automatic e-mails
How do I unsucribe from some of the automatic e-mails? In my efforts to explor the page I have become overwhelmed and need to eleminate all of the automatic e-mails and start over.

I've adjusted mine in the past by going into the "my account" settings, and selecting the subscriptions tab.
I have a Bread folder set up in my email. Many times I just delete the individual emails and only look at the "new content notification".
