When you posted that this was one of your bakes for this week, it made me think of raisin scones I grew up on from a local baker. Yes, they did not look like this. They were shaped more like a biscuit. All that being said... yours look very good and my mouth is watering for some. This Rye testing is exciting and challenging (which I love.)
