Quite airy and evenly sized pockets dotted with added sunflwr sesame and walnuts..

it tastes just as good too.
Tq. It had a subtle tang to it having proofed 16 hrs in the fridge. I think i just managed to get away with it; any longer and it might hv collapsed.
