First shot at sourdough

This was my first shot at a sourdough. I used the Norwich Sourdough recipe from the Wild Yeast Blog (http://www.wildyeastblog.com/2007/07/08/my-new-favorite-sourdough/), and I used Susan's method for making my starter.

Here's a shot of the crumb: http://i.imgur.com/nvtlW4m.jpg

I'm pretty happy with how the loaves turned out.

Great job first time out! One tip, about 30min more on the final proof would control the oven spring a bit.

I'm just learning all this stuff. There are so many variables to consider!
