Browndog got me motivated with her gooey cheesy egg and fake sausage sandwich made with Katie/BlueZebra's Sourdough English muffin recipe. I took one step in a different direction and made a loaf..2 words, EASY and YUMMY! I followed their directions until it came time to roll out the dough to cut into rounds. I greased and dusted a 4 1/2"x8 1/2" loaf pan with semolina and poured the dough in, let rise for an hour and baked at 400 for 30 minutes. Oh..and my title came from my childhood name for these wonderful muffins..silly, but I like it.
