How long between making and baking? How did you store it?

How long between making and baking? The time it takes for the dough to proof.

How did you store it? Either we eat it as soon as it cools down or slice it and freeze it.

My reasoning behind the questions is because it took a few days between the first photo and second. Does this taste like challah?

It was just a question of logistics of publishing.
