Well, my first starter seems to be up and down...

the bread I made about a week ago was kinda hard, but tasty. Looking for that perfect loaf like I see here. I partly

blame my weak starter as I did not have a good sponge imho, and dough too dry. 

Just received my Breadtopia live starter so we'll see how that one pans out.

Still working my original so I can compare... Feeding about every 12 hours by weight scale about 200g 

 

I will get this!!!!
